"Staying here was good for a short stay in Galle. While a little far from the Fort, it was about a 12 minute tuk ride. I think this is more of a home stay than a hotel, but the service was excellent!
I originally booked the bottom floor, but thought I have booked the top. The staff, Capa, allowed me to choose from all the rooms since I was the only visitor during my stay- so nice! He also helped talk to my tuk drivers when they couldn't find the pick up location to go into town, and let me check out late in time to catch my train. Great service!
The room did the job, it had what was needed for a short stay and had no frills.
Would recommend a stay here. "

Although the surrounding area (3 km west of Galle Fort) is unassuming, the hotel itself is in a beautiful colonial style with every detail and unique decoration carefully thought through.
