We had a wonderful stay. The location is unbeatable, just around the corner from the church and within walking distance to everything. The hotel is fully upgraded with a modern feel, and the shared balcony is absolutely beautiful, perfect for unwinding.

I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean,and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach.Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. It was a great family resort for a week long stay. Safe location for our older teens to enjoy family time and freedom

We loved it here! We have stayed across the street at Suites for the last 7 times. (Suites and Susana are with the Los Arcos group, we love Suites also). We decided to try Susana this time. It was great! Our room was very comfortable and we loved the 4th floor pool and area to sit and relax. The staff is fantastic and will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the Amaca's penthouse suite. Note: There is no elevator so it was definitely a workout getting up there but worth it. The girl at the front desk when we checked in was very rude which didn't make for a nice welcome but everyone else working the front thereafter was great. We were about a 10 minute walk from the beach.

The staff was amazing and the facility was beautiful and we love the marina area!

Affordable hotel near the malecón. Loved how walkable everything is to the pharmacy and OXXO etcétera. Front staff is friendly. The room was just as described and had space to put my stuff down. Would stay there again.

What a fantastic stay. The staff here go above and beyond always friendly and willing to help. The building has real charm, and everything was kept very clean. I had a relaxing time by the pool and would recommend it to anyone.

Magnificent location. Beautiful property. So convenient. Pool was romantically enchanting. Restaurant was wonderful. So popular too. One of two in only a few blocks walk. Lively setting and kind staff. The building is homey and with an Hacienda setting.

This is an amazing place, gorgeous house. Cachi and and his wife, Gaby, the owners, were so kind and ready to make anything happened. Irma the housekeeper/chef made great food and was very kind. If you are looking to relax in PV, this is a great place to stay at. We had a minor issue with the hot water in our reserved room which was quickly fixed but Cachi upgraded us to a big suite with better views and a jacuzzi. He was always ready to help, taxis came quickly and we even had masseuses come...

We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

Villa Divina was the perfect location, its beautiful and clean with breath taking views from our room or the pool location. It was simply the best place to wind down and relax like never before. It felt like the perfect dream. The entire Villa and our room were much more than we expected. I also need to thank the wonderful staff onsite that simply complimented our dream vacation. Excellent room with everything you need to make your short stay comfortable and cozy

We stayed at Villa Premier in July 2015 for 9 days in the Spa Suite with the all inclusive package. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and cold towel. As we waited, we received a complimentary 5 minute massage. It was amazing and a great way to begin our honeymoon. The room was large and comfortable it had a view of the pool and beach. I got this suite instead of the honeymoon suite because each of us got a spa service. I got the pedicure while my husband chose the massage....

My wife and I got the "Panoramic Ocean Balcony Junior Suite" and it was definitely worth the price at $133USD/night (we stayed 2026/09/05-2026/09/11... exchange rate roughly 17MXN/1USD). Cold room, TV, Wifi, cleaned daily, working shower/toilet. Less than 20 meters to the beach. Nice little pool overlooking the beach with a restaurant/Wifi. Really friendly/attentive staff. Tons of awesome bars/restaurants within walking distance.

I love my experience at this place. The staff is very nice and helpful, the hotel is gorgeous and the drag brunch/pool party a lot of fun. Will definitely stay here again.
