Need to improve on the cleanliness of the kitchen. Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart.
The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. The bedroom door cannot be locked for some room, there’s stain on every bed and bedsheets.

We were upgraded to a suite -very generous sized room and a small patio with a great view of the mountain. BReakfast was included while simple was very tasty. Very friendly staff. Wifi only in the restaurant not in the room -very good signal
We stayed 2 nights in the hotel. Love the view and this hotel is quite close to the tourist attraction like kinabalu park, desa dairy farm and war memorial. Will definitely stayed in this hotel, next time.
Great views. If you don't have your own transportation, you're a bit isolated here. But that's part of the draw. It's about an hour's drive from the city, and it's generally quiet and has fantastic scenery. On weekends, it gets a little busy with day visitors who come for the sunset and enjoy a meal in the restaurant.
The staffs were helpful whenever we have requests. Though a downside of this stay is still the entrance which leads towards the rooms, is rather steep.
It is a clean tidy place with very attentive staff. The food was good and the rooms were comfortable.

The drive up and down the hill is interesting. It is a windy road and you have to watch out for the local water buffalo's (which are nowhere near as aggressive as the ones in Australia).

I have booked for 2 bedroom beach front pool villa to celebrate my birthday and it turns up to be a surprise proposal by my fiance. Staff is very friendly, the check in process were pretty fast but check-out process need to be improve. The 2 Bedroom beach front pool villa was awesome, overall cleanliness is good and they provide sufficient kitchenware to those who wants to cook in the villa.
