I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The whole staff were very approachable and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. It is quite pricey but worth it. My husband left his suit in our room and so thankful the staff kept it and we were able to pick it up. Thanks for your honesty.

Loved the property but not on a good area

Xyla and Summer were fantastic during check in and check out. I’m sure they would have handled any issues, but there were none. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the river and Makati.

The management at BSA Condotels has really welcomed me and accommodated me through issues on so many stays at BSA towers that I can now definitely call this place home for me in Manila. In particular, Mr Gerard Apole and Maricelle Marcelle have helped to turn around some stays at the hotel this past year by taking action on issues I was having with rooms assigned. Not everything necessarily goes smoothly for guests like myself that are not particularly fussy but need things to be right the first...

I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

From arrival to departure we were treated extremely well, special thank you to Jonathan and the team in the lobby bar 'cafe macaron' for taking care of us with humor and professionalism each evening and reviving our souls :) We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Manila.

Lobby was fully staffed with about 20 people urgently waiting to assist you with your needs. Room was very large and nice. A welcome plate with artisan chocolates and mini pastries where ready for me to enjoy on my coffee table. I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel on your visit in Manilla. A++++

The staff is amazing here and they go above and beyond. I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). Elegant setting specially the lobby bar with live entertainment... good selection of buffet and good tasting food,very attentive staff good location walking distance to mall... free shuttle to the mall highly recommended we enjoyed our stay and definitely will return again when visiting Philippine
