The owner and her assistant were wonderful, very helpful. We didn't use the pool but it was beautiful and I saw many families enjoying it. Lot of areas for walking on property. The weather was great for May in the Philippines.

Very friendly and helpful staff clean room

My son and I were visiting my fiancee, who works at Sonion in this business park, and obtained 2 rooms last minute as her car broke down and commuting daily from the AirBnB we rented would have been problematic. We stayed at the Wyndham up the street last time, so had experience with the area and staying here came down to cost for the two rooms, which was much cheaper than the Wyndham. Overall a pleasant experience. Check-in was much easier than Wyndham. We were in our rooms within 10 minutes...

Great place to stay for a quick getaway from Manila. Property has all kinds of amenities from swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball courts etc to keep you busy. Keep in mind there are fees to use them if your only renting the place for awhile and you're not an owner. But fees are reasonable. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor with reasonable prices and tastes good.Overall i would come back again.

Stayed at the hotel with my husband. He basically wants to eat bulalo in Tagaytay. This is the first time that we checked-in since Tagaytay is just near where we live. I chose Hotel Kimberly because the place looks good in the picture on their website and it has multiple amenities that we can enjoy - I AM RIGHT --- i really enjoyed everything -- the pool, billiards, obstacle course and especially the mini zoo. The food served during breakfast were awesome. Bacon, omelette, waffle and fresh...

At the beginning there was a misunderstanding as there was a double booking but the owner accommodated us with a different house and she was nice and accommodating giving us the second night as complimentary and we only have to pay for one night.the house is nice and clean close to the Ayala mall and to the church.

The property is centrally near shopping . Staff was very friendly. The room is very clean and lobby is welcoming. Dining is conveniently located. Food was delicious. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

This was my home for 8 days! Staff are very professional and very friendly, as soon as I arrived they handed me a drink (juice) which is so nice! The place is well kept, the restaurant has a good ambiance, the staff are helpful, they tend to my littlest need. This place is in the main drag close to both malls. All in all, I for sure will be coming back the next time around. Thank you for making my stay as delightful as possible.

Staff very helpful

The only bad thing i could say about my experience would be, just a few of the jets in the pool didnt work. So no not a big complaint at all. Everything else was amazing staff,food, service

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Will be my go to place to stay when I'm in the area from now on.
