This is the best and my favorite hotel that I have ever been. I am a traveler and have been to many places around the world, and Anthea is the tops. The room was clean. The beds were soft and comfortable. Wonderful full buffet breakfast with many stations. Close to Metro. Building lights up at night. A perfect place to be.

Surprisingly good! Very good size and comfortable room with both nice bathtub and rain shower. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. By far the best hotel i have stayed in ShenZhen.

The building / room is as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. What really sets it apart is the incredible staff and remarkable breakfast. Worth every penny and the perfect place to stay if you would like to treat yourself in Shanghai.

The concierge team was outstanding, going above and beyond to secure entrance tickets to various sights of interest for us, which can be tricky for foreigners to do on their own. Upon arriving my wife explained that we had a taxi that refused to use the meter and charged almost 4 times the usual fare. Having taken a picture of the side and license plate of the cab the concierge immediately called the cab company and the authorities on our behalf. After extensive discussion the entire fare was refunded later that day. Enquiries at the concierge desk were always handled with professionalism and friendliness not always found from concierges.
