Ski Hotels in Finland

An absolutely superb hotel for visiting Rovaniemi. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else even if you paid me to. Breakfast was excellent, the room was exceptional, and the private sauna was a class above the rest.

A countryside inn well managed by its owners who are communicating very well in English and who helped with all our plans. They prepared a very good dinner but it’s not available quite every day.

Incredible boutique hotel with an amazing breakfast! Breakfast included a delicious omelette, variety of high quality juices, fresh berries, delicious cheeses etc. The room was spotless and like a small home away from home.

If you are looking for the ultimate resort for your Northern Lights expedition this is it. All the Lapland experience in 1 place. The "igloos" are well designed and has all the creature comforts you need for you to stay comfortable. Onsite Reindeer experience, Snowmobile adventure, and of course Northern Lights Hunting. Dog Sledding and their very own Santa experience also available. The staff are eager to assist and very helpful. Lastly... YESS the Northern Lights are visible from this...

Incredible architecture and excellent location near to Santa's village. Their service is 110%, they provide orientation and they were very helpful to guide our time in Rovaniemi. A place to repeat 100%.

Everything was perfect. We were a little early season and just stayed for one night, but had a wonderful visit and architecture tour of the villa, a nice sauna in the gym, and beautiful walks around the grounds. The restaurant and staff were fabulous. If we knew more in advance, we would’ve liked to book the traditional sauna, but our time was short. Incredible history.

It is so accessible from the train station and close to downtown. The walk to university campus through downtown was good, too. We had a great stay!

Stayed three nights in "Aurora" cabin with glass roof. It was good for sleeping and evidently cool if there happens to be aurora in the sky. They have also log cabins and hotel rooms. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the interior made with taste. Positive surprise was free sauna time each day, but small minus was some smell in the dre#in room. The sauna cabin has also glass roof and direct access to the lake.

This is an amazing resort. The people that work at Apukka were friendly and very accommodating. Check in was a breeze. The food at the resort was delicious and price was very fair. Apukka has many activities, snowmobiling, Husky tours and the northern lights were amazing. I wish I could say more.

Clean room with excellent staff. Quiet.

This is a winter ski hotel about 4 km from town. You'll want a car to tour the area. Exfremely nice staff and large rooms. Great in-room sauna in addition to common sauna on each floor. Gourmet restaurant serving Finnish specialties. Nice hiking and biking trails in summer.
