Stayed here on honeymoon. Rented a car and explored the Yucatan using the Hacienda as a base. Wonderful property, the casitas maya are excellent, and the food at the restaurant (especially breakfast) is the best of what the region has to offer. The staff are discrete, almost entirely out of site but quickly in the room to clean up once you leave for dinner, etc. Great place.

Great location in Colonia Americana just one block from Avenida Chapultepec and its many restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. Very efficient front deck staff and friendly bellmen and housekeeping staff. Good restaurant with breakfast buffet.

Our stay was amazing from our first interaction with the girl down at the front desk who greeted us with a smile right off the bat she was super nice and friendly. Everyone was really helpful if we needed anything they were quick to respond. The rooms were super clean they all have a stove, fridge, microwave & little eating area. I recently stayed at Rio Rita, and it was an incredible experience! The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot tub. After a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect way to unwind and relax. The hot tub was impeccably clean, the water was at just the right temperature, and the jets were powerful and soothing. The hotel is real nice, clean and comfortable. They have room service, restaurant on site and close to main street Revolucion. That has all kinds of Bars, restaurants and casino. The area is a bit sketchy but the hotel is a pretty nice hotel with valet covered parking. The staff gives good service. We were here for business so it served our needs.

Excellent Hotel

That is very easy to find it and accessible, it’s not at the end of the road, mountains What we didn’t like were the pillows 😓 They smell bad, but when we told them they change it immediately, but still they’re so soft that also my friends and Us finish with neck pain Joel was the best, always very accessible and always trying to make us feel like home

Great quick stay, hotel rooms were nice.

The rooms are crazy. Light up beds. Moving wall to reveal a glassed in shower. Metal motorized shutters. Great price.

The rooms were kept clean, friendly staff and the views were amazing and easy beach access.

We stayed at the Grand and the facilities were so clean! You never saw room service trays or random drink cups sitting around. Staff were all beyond friendly and accommodating. Property is very big so they have golf cart service to give rides to wherever you want to go, and we never waited more than a few minutes, if that! Restaurants were easy to get into and make reservations, buffett was also good! Only negative to the trip was the salespeople trying to book you into the vacation club. ...
