From checking in to checking out staff at reception, restaurants, bars including maintenance was exceptional. We stayed at Residence in apartment, huge balcony, every day cleaning service, spotless. Swimpools beautiful, clean. Only few small things which should be look into. First buffet should be better organised. Small children shouldn't be allowed without parents to attend buffet. Not safety and messy. They should reorganise buffet to have 2 access points. As well at the polls particularly...

Truly a hidden gem in Kragujevac! Rooms have everything you want: AC (not common in Europe), large comfy bed, waterfall shower, and a mini-bar. Service was amazing. The staff was very friendly and could speak English, so communicating was no problem! The resturant was incredibly good (kudos to the chef!)! I had at least 5 meals there and each one was delicious. I highly recommend ordering the chivapi! So good!
