Signum is a beautiful, elegant hotel in a new building. Breakfast in their restaurant was one of the best I've had anywhere with many choices. All hotel staff speak good English and are tremendously helpful - so much so that, when I misplaced my cane at a shopping centre, they got it back to me at no charge. There are no ride-hail services like Uber in Podgorica. Signum will always get one for you when you're going out, but our life became easier when we installed the app for Nas Taxi via Google...

The quality of Merit truly stood out. The room was simply amazing; it was one of the suite rooms and everything from the materials, decoration, comfort, size, and the sea view was excellent. It was undoubtedly one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. The hotel’s location is, without question, perfect. The breakfast menu was very classy and delicious.
