Our stay was excellent. The property is like a paradise. The hosts are very friendly, warm and willing to help in any way possible.

I don't understand why this is not a 5 star hotel.
There is only 18 rooms and you feel that you have the whole castle to yourself. The food is excellent, the staff is amazing, the place is so relaxing and there is a story from ww2 that happened there.

What a delightful experience! We decided to splurge and stay in a Château since we were going to the Loire Valley, and were so glad we did! Our room was in one of the cottages, so it was quiet and felt like we had our own house. The breakfast at the Château was wonderful, particularly for the view. Outstanding service as well! Great proximity to Tours and the chateaux.

The staff were friendly and helpful in offering services and guidance with local sites of interest. The room and views were particularly lovely with water, courtyard, garden, mill, bridge, live geese, roosters, and ducks to add to the charming rustic site. View the pics! It is all very lovely!
This was one of the most romantic and enchanting places we have ever stayed. The grounds were beautiful, the hotel was stunning, the 7 course meal was unforgettable. We were there in spring so it was like our private home. We didn't have time to use the spa facilities but from what we saw they too were most likely splendid. If you are a king this place might only be adequate, but for us mortals this is over the top.
Petite étape bien agréable et ressourçante en milieu naturel. Des hôtes charmants et prévenants. La piscine fut la bienvenue en cette période de forte chaleur, et l’absence de clim n’a pas rendu le séjour intolérable. Peut-être envisager un mini frigo pour les boissons fraiches !
10/10 pour le petit déjeuner sous le tilleul, la literie confortable et les 2 salles de bains.
