The St Barbara Hotel is a wonderful place to rest not far from the sites of Bethlehem, but far enough to be away from the noise and the crowds. The breakfast was amazing! If you want to experience traditional warm hospitality, then come here.

We came to see Arafat’s tomb and museum and experience Ramallah. It is a bit remote from central Ramallah, in a nice area with some limited places to eat within walking distance. A very safe place. An excellent pastry and coffee shop about 50 meters away that is popular with the locals. While here there was a group of technicians from India preparing a floor for a visit by the prime minister of India five days later. I am a religious pilgrim in Israel for 2 months to walk in the footsteps of Jesus & this hotel in Manger Square was just so close to his birthplace in the Church of the Nativity. Beautiful, classy hotel & wonderful, helpful staff. Even if you are not religious, the city of Bethlehem is breathtaking & so were the Holy sites. Incredible breakfast included!!
