"Dirty room, mouldy water in taps. Windows broken. Paper thin walls and staff singing and whistling at 3am cleaning up after party on a Sunday night. Kept everyone awake and multiple people complained. Breakfast included stale bread and cold food (we got there as soon as it opened). Went home with food poisoning. Complained to front desk and they shrugged their shoulders. Absolutely disgusting. Needs shutting down. "

Special shoutout to Liz who looked after us during breakfast (fabulous service and a genuinely nice person) and th gentleman who was th night porter.
