"Location is perfect near train station handy with our day trip to brussels area walking distance to city centre of namur enjoyed early morning walk to Citadel and reception staff thank You to Camile for a very warm reception we arrived early 4 families with teens and young adults very tired Camile managed to handle smooth check in with lovely smiles every little helps coffee machine and cold water dispenser very handy and snacks room clean bed comfortable highly recommended overall"

"Hotel was lovely clean and quiet with great amenities. Pool and spa were fun. Only negative was we booked a certain room and they didn’t have it available when we checked in so we ended up with 2 different rooms. It didn’t matter too much for one night tho. Friendly staff"

"Comfortable room, very clean with decent shower and comfy bed. Good breakfast (with scrambled eggs and bacon, meats and cheese, toast, cereal, fruit and yoghurt and plenty of good coffee). Staff were great and welcoming, especially Simeon (apologies if spelt wrongly) who was a great guy, friendly, helpful and allowed me to attempt my schoolgirl french even though his English was excellent 😃 so nice to meet you! And he offfered us a fan which was needed in the heatwave. Highly recommend this place"

"The hotel was as advertised… very good value and the stay was pleasant. Staff was friendly and polite. Rooms were very nice although the sofa bed mattress could use replacing. Overall it was a very good experience. The breakfast was included was also good."

"The resort is beautiful and the staff makes you feel welcome and the area is very picturesque. We had food in one of their Italian restaurants.... Limon which was terrible. Breakfast restaurant was amazing every morning since we were there for the Belgian GP. The walls inside are painted black in the hallways and room entrance which gives you a nightclub vibe..... Not sure if that's appropriate for a resort. I would give this place 4.5 stars."
