"The hotel is clean and the front desk people were very helpful and friendly. Even the housekeeper working in the lobby said hello. The room was clean, the bed’s comfortable and the bathroom very user friendly. There are grab bars well placed in the tub which made getting in and out feel safe. Plenty of towels and paper products were provided. Will definitely visit again when we’re in the area."

"Cigarette smoke in bathroon and towels smelled of it as well. Listed as a non-smoking hotel. Staff did nothing to remedy situation. Just apologies. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered was a step above other hotels with a free breakfast. I liked that there were decorations for Easter. Just a happy touch. Staff were nice and helpful. Thank you Best Western! "

"Parking was horrendous/non-existent. Noise around the hotel was terrible. There is only one elevator in the center of the building so depending on where your room is and where you park, you might end up walking really far to your room and then back and forth to your car...nightmare. Upon entering the room, a foul odor. Dishwasher was rancid. That got better after we ran it. Garbage disposal didn't work and was full of rotten food. "
