"This property was perfect! "

"My family stayed at this Embassy location on Monday (3/25) and again on Friday (3/27), and our experiences were markedly different. During our 3/25 stay, the staff was attentive, and the property was quiet and well maintained. However, on 3/27, there was a wedding taking place at the hotel, which significantly impacted our experience. There were large groups of men smoking directly in front of the hotel entrance, with cigarette butts scattered across the ground. This created an unwelcoming and off-putting first impression, especially since we chose this hotel specifically for its smoke-free policy. In addition, the level of service declined noticeably on 3/27. I had to contact the front desk multiple times to request a crib for our room. During each interaction—including calls from the room phone—I was repeatedly asked to confirm my room number, which made the process feel inefficient and frustrating. Overall, while our first stay met expectations, the second fell short in both cleanliness and service, which was disappointing."

"Breakfast (eggs, bacon, ect) wasn't that great but it is complimentary. Parking is limited on the front of the property but they do have a garage. The rooms where nice and clean but we did have some type of leak or something in the bathroom causing water to get on the floor with shower use."

"Comfortable bed, clean room, clean bathroom. Facility looks a bit old, but the rooms are ok. Breakfast was just fair. Decent selection, with sausage, eggs, pancakes, grits, fruit cocktail. The temperature of the food on chafing disges was bot the best, room temp at best. Bagels, and white bread for toast, small yogurts and cereal. "

"Clean room,and nice atmosphere. Parking was terrible and needed better spacing. But overall we enjoyed our stay!!! "

"Toilet didnt work staff was no help. Said they would notify maintenance, left for hockey game and came back about 4hrs later and still wasnt fixed. Went back to front desk they acted like they wasnt aware of the issue, so i checked out early. Next time ill stay elsewhere... "
