"One of the staff members were always there for me, his name is Willy. Willy helped me park my rental car, helped me find food and brought it to my room, helped me carry my luggage and he made me feel like home. He even helped me find a taxi cab at night when I didn't want to drive. My bed sheets were always cleaned when I returned to my room at night, I also had cleaned towels and I liked the location, right in the heart of Panama. Good AC and hot water. "

"The hotel is a little outdated, but everything was in order. If you don't mind things a bit old and worn, it's a great budge hotel. The the room was spacious with a desk, chair and mini fridge, the shower was hot, the sheets, towels and room clean, the staff friendly and a breakfast of eggs and toast included. The location was great, parks nearby, ocean front park 2 blocks away with a "Panama" sign. Streets looked and felt safe, yes there were some homeless people but less than I have seen...

"At the Costa Inn hotel in Panama City you will enjoy a great location and be around great amenities. The prices are reasonable for such a location. If this hotel was newer we would be paying top dollars to stay there. The staff is good and helpful if you need anything. Understanding of Spanish language will work wonders for you. So try to learn a little Spanish language before your trip to Panama. I will definitely return and stay at the same hotel. "

"This hotel had everything I needed; a clean bed and a clean bathroom. Front desk was nice, when I interacted with them, the WiFi was good and the a/c was cold! There is no housekeeping, so if that's something you need, take note. I don't need my bed made daily or fresh towels everyday, so I didn't mind. 5 blocks to the water, and a few restaurants and mini markets close by. Not bad for the price. "

"Beautiful historic hotel we stayed there for 5 nights with a group of 33 people celebrating my brother’s 50 th birthday. very central, you can walk to go shopping or eating and dining at the roof top restaurants in the hotel or around Casco. The cocktails at the bar delicious and the breakfast was great variety, food was fresh. I’d rate the hotel Uber from there quick and cheap…….,10/10 great experience. The staff was also nice and very accommodating."
