I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. We stayed at the four beds room for a few days in May 2023. Very pleasant stay. The room is quite larger comparing with other hotels we stayed. The night was quiet, can have a very good sleep. The breakfast is the best. We enjoyed it everyday. Definitely we stay here again if we visit Tokyo in the future.

As many reviewers mentioned, this hotel is located about 10 minutes away from the closest metro stop (Marunouchi Line - M10 (Shinjuku Gyoemmae)). The metro stop is small, but accessible to a number of tourist attractions. The hotel is also about a 15 minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku.

The Tokyu Stay Shinjuku is conveniently located close to train stations, shopping, dining and nightlife. The property was clean and quiet. My room was cozy but well-appointed and I liked being able to do laundry in my room. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the hot water was plentiful. I would definitely stay here again but if I were traveling with others would reserve a bigger sized room.
