"After travel delays caused a stressful day Muhammad and Cornecia went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help with keeping my room reservation active even though my check-in was going to be well past the time that the room would have been automatically released due to a no-show. Muhammad stayed in touch with me throughout my delay and I was thrilled to see him as the person who physically checked me in when I arrived."

"The room was immaculate, the breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly and the location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was close to the hotel close to the French Quaters like a 20 minute drive everywhere we wanted to go in the city and I love that if I come to Louisiana again I will definitely be staying at this hotel."

"It is a clean hotel in general. The room, we slept in, was also clean. The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked for help. One drawback though, is the gym is small with only 4 equipments for the guests to use. One morning, we were entered the gym, right after, a lady came after us and she wanted to use the same gym equipment that I was using but decided to another one which she was not planning on using. I would recommend a larger gym and equipping it with more gym machines."
