"While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money."

"For me Speke Hotel was nearly perfect. The location was close enough to the heart of the city but in a very quiet district. The onsite dining and food options were diverse and very entertaining, with a great ambiance. Excellent hospitality, warm, caring and eager without motive, always available and accommodating. "Apartments are really great! I love that they’re so friendly, especially Patrick and Fred. They were beyond any kind of kindness I’ve ever received in Kampala and I’ve been here for 7 years. They treated and greeted us like family every day. We were there for a week. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean!
