Clean room okay breakfast; coffee and tea are not hot enough. No utensils nor plates provided for the suite which has the microwave and mini fridge in the room.

location location location...so easy to wake up and roll right into the airport. Look no further for a layover hotel!

Close to airport, clean comfortable rooms with nice grounds. Breakfast was great.

Staff is best part of the hotel 110%

The room was very clean and well maintained.

I was staying overnight for the airport. The hotel was very good for this. I arrived fairly late and left very early - so did not explore the surroundings - although there seemed little to see. The staff were very polite and the hotel very clean.

Clean, up to date, affordable, and convenient to Terminal 3. The room was spacious, nicely designed and appointed. Comfy bed and pillows. Well worth the price. It was so nice, I regretted not having a second night to hang out and check out the amenities. Can be a little challenging to find. The entrance is at the departures level of Terminal 3, east end, which is the side furthest from the check in counters. I’d certainly stay again if passing overnight through Jakarta.

What made it special, though, was that it is the official hotel for the visiting jazz musicians performing at the Java Jazz festival – my reason for being in Jakarta, and the late-night jam sessions that sprang up were beautifully facilitated by the hotel. The bar staff deserve particular praise: they kept the energy going with genuine care and attention...

Great location friendly staff

Great airport hotel, conveniently located with a fabulous airport shuttle available at whatever ungodly hour you might need it. We were only here for about 11 hours, but the shower was hot with amazing water pressure, the towels were fluffy, and the bed was comfortable. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. I was amazed that the breakfast buffet was available at 3:30 in the morning! Coffee and a pastry at that hour cannot be beat, especially before an early flight. Our flight departed from...

This hotel location near by airport, very convenient, nice and clean

Nice clean rooms, close to the airport, no complaints, and good room service food. Like most places in Jakarta or is of a slow and busy road but you can't hear anything from inside.
