Beautiful location and hotel. Nice restaurant, however dinner menu is a bit limiting, especially for vegetarians, offering only 1 vegetarian entree. The menu doesn’t rotate during a week, so if you have a long stay, it gets boring unless you go eat other places. Breakfast was very nice. Staff nice and helpful.
Hotel was peaceful, clean, room very spacious, staff very nice and friendly. An overall very good experience. The hotel is a waterfront property with its own pier as it has a water activity shop. There is also a jewelry store on the compound. It also has various activities such as Friday night buffet at the Warner's Bar with live music. There are other activities on other nights as well. So much character and downright fun! Short walk to wonderful river swimming holes and a private hot spring homemade pool. The place itself is a small handmade cabin. Looks primitive but has all the amenities like wifi, hot water, and a hot plate for heating coffee. My favorite of the 10 places my wife and I stayed at on our 16-day Caribbean trip. Total cost of $65 per night made me rate it "excellent" for the value this was to me.

The setting is lovely, secluded, and with a pool and beautiful deck, bar area, perched in the tropical hills. It is a stunning setting. The driveway to the Resort is steep and challenging, especially the first time. Once you've made it to the top, it's worth it. We would stay there again.
