"Ana at the front desk was amazing. We checked in and she gave us a room around noon. The property is many years old but it’s well maintained. The room was nice and clean. The bar and restaurant were excellent too. Will be back."

"The Rooms were very Clean, Staff went far & Beyond the Call of Duty to see if Everything was okay or do you need Anything. They had the Best Breakfast I have ever Had, Food was cooked to Perfection, A wide Variety of Food Everyday & The Cooks & Host were very Friendly & checked on us during Breakfast & after! Hats off to the Cooks! Annnd the Kitchen was Sooo Clean! We will definitely go back & Stay. Check them out & You can Thank Me later. There was plenty of Parking Spaces for Clients, Parking Lot was Clean & very inviting."

"We always love staying at The Westin At The Woodlands! We were in town for the Dave Matthew’s Band concert and it was so nice to walk along the water to and from the venue. We had a double queen room on the 7th floor and we never heard any other people while inside our room. One thing I would like to see improved however is the water pressure.."

"Overall it was a good stay. A little noisy sometimes with foot traffic through the hallway and the above room. And the gym was nice but didn't have anything available to sanitize the equipment."

"This hotel isn't horrible but if you have other options go with them. This is literally is a place where you can stay for 1 night. There was no soap for anything. They have containers for show and tell. The sheets were not thoroughly cleaned. There were stains on the sheets and pillow. The TV and refrigerator did work. There is no "closet". For the price, I guess I got what I paid for. The staff was there. I didn't really need/ask for anything."
