Perfect location in Old Town. Right across the street from new Museum of the American Revolution, and walking distance to many locations including Independence Hall, Benjamin Franklin museum and Betsy Ross house. Great neighborhood with tons of shops, restaurants and bars, including 30 art galleries. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful. This hotel had literally the best customer service I've had in a long time, possibly ever! The staff were ALL great. My room was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants, etc.

Great stay. No parking at the hotel but a lot down the street with great rates. Very convenient to the Met and great restaurants. Very clean and a great bed.

Super comfortable bed and very nice room. Parking at midnight in an adjoining lot was confusing in the dark.

We really enjoyed staying here. Our family of 6 fit nicely in our room (two beds and a foldout sofa). The breakfast was nice. Wendy’s and Cracker Barrel in the same parking lot was nice and a gas station too. Near the freeway made it an easy stop on our trip. Staff was great! Thank you!

We couldn't ask for more under this price and overall service. Despite of arriving early morning at Philly Airport, their shuttle came to pick us up in 15 mins, making our journey hassle free. Check-in was a breeze, and our room exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Upon checkin we got to know that they have recently upgraded the hotel and staff which we got to experiece really well. They've started revamping the rooms at this hotel. The updated rooms are very nice, clean, well maintained. I stay at this hotel frequently when I'm in town and I have only ever had one small complaint, but the staff does their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

What a great experience. After having a flight cancelled I found myself at the SpringHill suites. Tired and frustrated, I was met with kindness, and a great welcome from Freddie at the front desk. Check in was quick and painless. Additionally, both shuttle drivers I met were extremely kind, especially Quinn. Would highly suggest this hotel to others who may find themselves in the Philadelphia area!
