Elegant setting specially the lobby bar with live entertainment... good selection of buffet and good tasting food,very attentive staff good location walking distance to mall... free shuttle to the mall highly recommended we enjoyed our stay and definitely will return again when visiting Philippine

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The young lady at the front desked helped me to load a sims card in my phone and gave me information on best transportation to use.

Nice property. Convenient to airport. Drop off and pickup laundry available next door which was very nice. Close to MOA and other shopping and restaurants.

You will be very happy with this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, it's close to the financial district, shopping malls, restaurants, mini marts, and the staff are superb. They are all really good but a special mention to the manager, Gabriel, Lester and Anna who really made the stay even more pleasurable.

Excellent staffs and good services. Not so happy with the room and bathroom smells foul odors. Very unpleasant although housekeeping quickly tried to resolve the bad smell but the bad smell remains. Air fresheners doesn’t work.

Great stay however hot water didn't last long during shower. Make sure you shower fast or the water will get cold.

My Family stayed here during their immigrant Visa Interview. It is walkable to the US EMbassy, Mall and Restaurants. The room were really nice and clean They had a great time.

Staff is amazing. Professional and Courteous. The location is an easy access to nightlife, restaurants and malls. Wifi was strong and reliable. I have used Uber to get around from the hotel with no problem. The room was little small. It's hard to maneuver with your big luggage. But it's not a major problem for me. We ended up having to book the last available room after an airline delay, and our original hotel was unable to extend. Place was clean, staff professional and courteous. They were able to provide a 2 hour early check in without charge (though earlier would have cost 1000p). Water pressure and temperature were excellent, which is hard to find at lower price hotels. This property was in the middle of Chinatown, right next to Binondo Church. Staff are amazing, from security guard, bellboys, front desk, to waiter. Each and everyone are happy to help. I will definitely come back here again.

Nice hotel. Location is is great. Right in the heart of Alabang town center. Spacious room.. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Pool is a bit small but aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
