"Perfectly situated at the quiet end of the promenade this hotel is certainly worth it's stars. Beautiful decor & striking design inside and out.(possibly lacking atmosphere in the evening lounge - a wee bit soulless but still classy ). Myriad choice at breakfast & lunch buffet - varied and tasty.The service was excellent from all staff but the receptionist at check in stood out as first class. Just sorry we didn't get her name. Thank you. Will certainly recommend the hotel to anyone planning...

"This is a hidden gem in the middle of Las Americas. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants but is really quiet and peaceful. Staff are attentive and eager to please, nothing is too much trouble. We will be back to stay here again. "

"The hotel is conveniently located close to everything in Las Americas & close to Adeje. There are plenty of transport links too. The staff are great, the rooms are clean with cold AC. The food is very nice and the pool area is lovely."

"Just had a lovely stay at the Cleopatra Palace. Hotel is in a great spot, right on the front, use your room key to open gate onto the front. Hotel is situated on the golden mile, so many choices for food and drink and plenty of shops. Staff were friendly, breakfast had a good selection. Plenty of sun beds by the pool (pool was a bit cold). Only downside is the hotel is starting to look tired, needs renovating but other than that! It’s our 2nd stay and will be back again. "

"We had an excellent stay at the Mediterranean palace Tenerife. The hotel is located in one of the best places right by El Camisón beach where you can see the most beautiful sunset. It has great facilities with an amazing pool, beach volleyball court and lots of entertainment. The best however was the incredibly friendly staff who made our time there extra special. We will certainly be back! "

"Excellent hotel, really nice pool area and well monitored by the guards. Comfy sun beds and plenty of them. Had breakfast there and it was really nice with lots of choice and a great egg bar. Good area for exploring los Cristianos, las americas and adeje if like us, you enjoy a stroll. "

"We had a great stay. We booked a premium apartment and it was spotless - very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. There was no air con but we stayed in February so this wasn’t a problem. The pool was lovely and clean and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely return. Thank you! "
