"The Casitas section in which we stayed was beautiful; enormous room/suite and everything spotless. Great housekeeping daily, the grounds manicured, the pools delightful. Food in the various restaurants was good, not great, and a little pricy. The main pool area very nice - the waterpark great for the family for a few hours, and the private island was gorgeous. Downsides: was encouraged to order groceries for the room and sent a list as directed to the concierge. No groceries when we arrived, so ordered again. Pricey. They were delivered - but we were missing at least a quarter of what we had ordered and no refund! Much better idea is to get an Uber to the nearest market and do your own shopping. I wish too that we'd gone ahead and left the complex to Uber to local restaurants. The biggest, best thing about this place is the service. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and happy to help. Loved that!"

"Hotel was great, not as crowded as other reviews. staff was very helpful. Food came quickly. Drinks were great as well. Beach was amazing and there was always room on the ferry. I do recommend a rental car to see local attractions- specifically El Yunque."

"Perfect location. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Staff were friendly. There was a bit of confusion when we arrived as you need to give them another cc on file to get a code for entry. It’s a guest house and not a hotel so there’s no staff onsite but the host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. "

"Across the street from the beach. They had a cooler, chairs, and towels for the beach. We did not take the beach ball. Very happy to have a kitchen to use. Well appointed for just two of us. There was a trick to the hot water for the shower, that we solved after a quick text exchange with the manager. It was a good stay!"
