"We had 2 rooms with kitchenette. The rooms had a musty smell to them. Had to go out and buy scented plug ins for the them. Although it says a no smoking facility, there were people smoking and cigarette butts around area. I know it’s hard to control this but it is really gross when you’re expecting the place to be smoke free. Walls are very very thin. Was woken up to little kids screaming and running every morning. One of rooms did not have a bathroom fan and the other didnt have any shelving or racks for towels in the bathroom. One room was freshened up everyday as the other was not. And both rooms had the make up room tag flipped. Great location to beach. A bit far from downtown. The hotel itself can use some updating but overall it was fine for a beach town with 8 people in our party. The two guys who work the front desk were wonderful !"

"The owner was very friendly upon check in/out. The accommodation were adequate. I had a standard room with 2 beds. The room had a countertop with a microwave and mini fridge. This is a no frills motel. Standard bathroom with tub-shower. Decent water pressure and good hot water. For the price point near the heart of Old Orchard this was a good deal in my opinion."
