Hotels in White Oak

"The positive. Breakfast was really good. The front desk was polite. The entry was nice. Now for the bad. The room was not good at all. The floor looked like it has a major leak it was hummped up all over bathroom with mold showing underneath. Hole in bathroom door. Toilet wouldnt shut off unless wiggle the handle. Wall damage in bathroom. Beds were hard. Pillows were so soft almost nonexistent when laying on them almost like not enough stuffing in them. Its too bad. If theybwould have updated thier room i would have given a much better review. "

"Breakfast was great. Parking was safe and convenient. Bed and bathroom were immaculately clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming, thank you. However -- elevator was out of service, pool closed, and air in rooms smelled dank and mildewy. "

"Parking was good, Morning staff was great, evening stuff was not the best. "

"Bathroom didn’t match the website pictures. Tub was rust stained and had mold in corners. Hotel is extremely loud- there was an event and we didn’t get to sleep until after 1am due to loud music. "

"Stayed beginning of April 2026. The hotel was bought out and is in the middle of a remodel. Our room was recently remodeled, and was fine however it wasn't completely decorated yet. No art or anything on the walls. The photos on hotels.com site do not reflect what the actual hotel currently looks like. Check in was fast and easy, the breakfast area is large with plenty of space. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast of fruit, cereal, waffles etc. It was very quiet even though it is right off a two lane road. We were only in 1 night, so it was fine. But might want to find somewhere else if you have a family that needs more space."

"Bathroom was dirty, there was dried shampoo/conditioner on the walls. There were also multiple black oily carpet stains. In the bathroom the wallpaper was peeling back, it looked like black mold was behind the wallpaper. "
