"We stay at this hotel at least 3 times a year because my son goes to college at AUGUSTANA University. Overall, we love this hotel but there is one staff member who works in the dining room area for breakfast that is extremely rude. She yells at guests when they are getting food. I have spoke to and watched multiple guests that feel uncomfortable with her interactions with guests. She yelled at me today when the waffle batter machine was not working properly. She couldn’t get it to work properly either. I told the lady at the front desk about the incident and I hope they speak to her about the way she interacts with guests. I will return to this hotel because we still enjoy the hotel and the rest of the staff."

"Albright the staff where a little friendly the room was not very good. It appeared they started to paint areas then left them. Which wasn’t a huge deal but the bathtub/shower wouldn’t drain. So you stood in soapy water you couldn’t get off. The breakfast was the worst part. There’s where runny, the potatoes still half frozen. The toaster and waffle maker blew a circuit and wouldn’t work, no napkins. The only thing about it that was good was the overcooked sausage link. It was really poorly done. We had come from another hotel that was a lot less money in Custer with a much nicer room and breakfast. Go figure? I would only recommend this place if you came in very late and left really early and don’t need to shower."
