The only area that could use some improvement is the cleanliness of certain spots around the property, such as the area right outside the check-in desk and the trash can near the elevator in the basement parking lot. Other than that, it’s a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again."

"I didn't like the TV set up. You couldn't watch regular TV you had to use apps. To see old stuff from decades ago. It made me and my wife crazy. I just wish they had regular Direct TV or Dish cable. Old people aren't all Tech. Savy"

"I felt like our room needed some extra cleaning (vacuuming better, cobwebs and our bathroom screen was disgustingly filthy). Was disappointed that our shear curtains were missing on the front window, and as our room was warm you couldn't get outside air from the window without everyone looking straight into your room. Brie was very helpful by getting us a fan. The property was very clean and we always had an open parking space. The bed was very comfortable! We have been coming here every August for the past 13 years and as we're getting older I'm realizing the toilets are very low to the ground. I do love Ocean Pointe Ranch and highly recommend!"
