"The Inn is indeed of complete remodeling. Only thing updated was the flooring. Whatever the motel uses for deoderizing is horrible! My eyes burned, had to open the window and turn on fan to rid the odor ( took a couple hours). If someone has severe allergies to perfumes, etc they would have had need of an epi pen. Holes noted in walls, toilet paper holder had been broken, leaving a hole in wall, the exhaust fan was displaced and a small spider was living at the top of it. Noted a dead cockroach between bed and nightstand. The window sill was filled with dirt, patch work paint job on walls. The door was in horrible shape, the wall mounted door stopper was on the floor, hole in the wall. The hallway, every door needed replacement, the stairwell was also in need of work to replace the the wood under carpet."

"The room was tiny, but extremely clean. Overall, I’m very satisfied. Tile floor is cracked in the bathroom. But other than that it was really nice and close to the Ark encounter. Took me less than 10 minutes to get there."
