The front desk needs to be the most important part of your experience to start your stay, knowledgeable and with lots of suggestions. Terry in housekeeping was amazing, a big applause to her! The property is stunning needs but needs some type of entertaining for guest. Beautiful property, details were 10/10, hope this review helps."

"Pool was down, and only ice machine that worked was on the bottom floor. Also only half a roll of toilet paper with no replacement at start of visit (stayed 2 nights). Staff was really nice and and as accommodating as they could be. (Short staffed). The lady who checked me in was really amazing and helped me through a mess up they had of double booking the room I reserved. She really went above and beyond to correct the mistake and help me get in a room after my 17 hour drive. Her positive attitude really helped my mood (exhaustion/sleepy), even with the mess up."
