This little gated community of cottages is amazing. It’s such a quiet little place with a nice clean pool and laundry access. The gm Brooks and super intendant Josh are very welcoming and super helpful. Also only 10 minute drive from boardwalk/ beach. Definitely recommend this place !!
Absolutely no complaints about our stay. Allowed an early time to check in and a hour late check out. Quiet place right on the boardwalk far enough away from public parking that it wasn’t crowded. If there is any complaint it would be minimum parking to where the overflow parking gets completely full that we were lucky to even get a spot in there. I wouldn’t even call that a complaint, just find your spot and that’s that. Balcony was spacious for us to play card games late night with 6-8 people....
I have been to many Hotels in Ocean City over the years. This one rates at the top for cleanliness and the staff was great. I will be returning when I can.
This hotel had great service!! I am allergic to down feathers and when I arrived I saw the manager walking in to the hotel with a full set of foam pillows to accommodate me. The hotel is super cure and charming, every area is different. Well kept.

This is the only hotel we stay when in Ocean City. We had not visited for three years because of CoVID shut down, but it sur felt good to be back. Would highly recommend.
Perfect to suit our needs for the weekend. Great breakfast choices, free parking and near city bus to boardwalk. Room was fine, comfy beds and clean . Very accommodating front desk answered all questions we had. Definitely would recommend
we arrived at the beach bum motel and i was disappointed because I thought we were on the ocean but we were about 10 min in the car but then I walked in an everyone was so friendly and they had these cute cabins, so I asked how much to upgrade and before I new it I was in a cute cabin it was my first vacation along with my fiancée so it was perfect, he likes to fish and the have a beautiful pond that u could fish in so we rushed to Walmart which was only down the street how connivant!!! anyway...
Great location near beach! Property had a great pool located next to a good restaurant / bar. Live music enjoyed from our balcony. Staff super helpful and friendly. Well worth the money spent!
I like all safety measures. Someone is always there. Convenient ,right on the boardwalk. Affordable prices. Over all very clean. The only thing that surprised me and i have never seen it before, all the years I have stayed in different hotels ,was that the cleaning people only replace the towels and did nothing else. I mean nothing else. No vacuum, no fixing the bed, nothing nothing
Wonderful staff, very friendly went out of there way to get a friend of ours last minute trip to get them by us, rooms are very clean very close to everything, really couldn't ask for anything better, will be returning to the Beach Bum!!!!
We had an amazing time!!! You can tell the hotel is old but they kept the grounds and area clean. City side was warm and elevator scary lol. Ocean side was nicer seemed more updated maybe newer. Both sides altogether will be coming back!!!
