"Feels like they are understaffed, breakfast was out of lots of food, the staff was trying hard to keep up tho. As I’m sure everyone complains, you really need to install an elevator. The staff was wonderful! Thank you for putting up with my other family members."

"For the price it was a very good stay. The staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable enough, a little squeaky and firm. One thing I didn't take into consideration was that the train track is very close to the west side of the building, but I slept fine through the rumbling. The amenities showed some wear and tear but it was very clean and well presented. Overall fine experience and worth booking if you're on a budget."
