"My closet overhead light caught on fire. They tried to dismiss it like it was nothing. The lock on the door had been previously broken into. Television was not working and small bugs observed near window. Mold painted over in ceiling. I have NOT received my 100.00 deposit."

Hot tub was not working The rooms were dirty underneath the bed bathroom had damaged tub toilet seat was rough and old also water damage was on the walls. Also when I checked in they gave me the wrong room and I had to carry all my stuff back down so they can give me the right room"

"Had a great time at the Longleaf. The hostess at check in was great and the check in process was very simple and streamlined. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom amenities were great, and the lounge was a perk. Loved that THC options were available as I don’t drink alcohol, they also had bingo and an amazing food truck the night I stayed and that was the cherry on top of a great experience. Would absolutely stay here again - very close to all of the fun places in downtown but just far enough away that you can sleep well without the bustling of the city. Great experience across the board. "

"8 cars got broken into in the parking lot my first night there. My room was dirty, the shower head was very small, and no hot water-only luke warm water. Terrible experience. "

"Breakfast was on par with others slightly lacking coffee and hot chocolate options. Had the typical 3 hot items either eggs, French toast and sausage or sausage eggs and potatoes my two days. Make your waffle if you like muffins and bread cereals oatmeals , milk almond milk and yogurt with mixed fruit purree kind of option, 2 juices to choose from, but I was happy with the selection. Most hotels including here have backed away from a nice mixed fruit salad, or berries but this one had apples if you wanted some. They did have chocolate chips or dried fruit for your waffle or oatmeal if you wanted. Coffee and hot water with tea options, sugar, French vanilla creamer or half and half portion cups."
