It was great, comfortable, and would stay here again. My only issue was that on check in the front desk guy was so loud that i wouldnt be surprised if someone walked away with my identity. Stated my name loudly, my room number... made me uncomfortable. Anyways, overall a great place. Never heard a soul in the hallway which was nice. And our room was amazing

I also appreciate the quality of service. The text message line is efficient and convenient and staff are friendly. Furthermore, the hotel’s location is very accessible for getting across New Haven.
The Cambria Hotel was a most pleasant stay. From the time that we checked in until the day that I checked out. The only complaint that we had was that you're charged $24 per day for parking on the premises.
We simply loved everything, clean, tidy, the staff were super polite and attentive. I checked out later and they took great care of me. The town is amazing, we will definitely be back again.
The shower was the best one I’ve had in ages! The linens were crisp, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable. The AC was noisy and the refrigerator had no freezer section. Staff provided paper products when asked. Everyone smiled and were very courteous and welcoming. Some wear and tear on fittings in the room. I would definitely stay here again.
The bed was amazing. The only complaint that I have is that the room that we were in there were lamps on the wall right behind the headboard and I kept hitting my head on one every time I moved on the bed sitting up. Other than that there's a pretty cool place to stay the shower oh my goodness. Somebody needs to get a raise whoever decided to put that shower higher it made it awesome.
