I had a lovely time at the Arabia hotel. Traveled by myself and felt safe and cared for. My only minor complaint is that the shower leaked into the bathroom floor. Thanks for the hospitality!

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.

This is the most beautiful view in Cusco I have had in my 4 different times visiting the city. The beds, sheets, pillows were SO comfy, the bathrooms spacious (two beds rooms), and the staff such as Victor, Antonio, and Maria were outstanding. The ONLY thing I would have wanted to improve is that the windows dont open and it gets VERY hot and stuffy at night. I woke up nightly in the middle of the night to open the door for air. I wish the windows would open. The last night of our stay (we...

The room, bathroom and property was extremely clean and modern. The staff were very helpful. We had an early morning excursion so they had breakfast pre packed for us. Great WiFi, hot shower and there’s a restaurant on property incase you don’t feel like walking into town, which isn’t too far. Excellent property

Warm and friendly staff; delicious and fresh breakfast (100 times better than the included breakfasts in the U.S.); lovely and clean courtyard and room; close location to the bank, Orion supermarket, and Plaza de Armas. Easy/medium walk to just about anywhere. Would definitely stay here again if we ever end up back in Cusco! Oh, they also provide free coca tea which can help some people with their altitude sickness. The first night I arrived at this hotel I had altitude sickness, and the staff were very response and moved very quickly to get me the help I needed. They provided me with an oxygen mask and gave me oxygen, immediately called the doctor and stayed with me in my room until the doctor arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care possible. I am truly grateful for what they did.

Arrived early and yet I was accommodated right away. The room is roomy, nice clean beds and sheets and the bathroom is super clean. The staff is super friendly and nice. The buffet has nice selections, good enough to start your morning and there's always tea and coffee available at the lobby 24/7. The entire place is very comfortable and safe.

Great location—just a short walk from the main plaza, but in a quieter area by a nice park, which I preferred since the plaza can be very busy and loud.
There are quite a few stairs, but the staff helps with luggage and customer service was very good. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
They also offer complimentary coca tea in the lobby, plus a water bottle refill station.

The hotel was exactly as presented in terms of quality and guest ratings as a top level 5 star hotel. Stayed 3 nights for an anniversary trip to Machu Pichu and would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for this level of hotel property.

Kind staff. Quiet enough…some noise in streets late at night but nothing we were concerned about. Plenty of outlets in the room. Had the Junior Suite with living room and balcony…was a decent view of the mountainside and a very nice room. Very clean too. Shower was very nice and plenty of hot water. Very walkable and convenient location.
FYI you leave the room key (physical key on a stick) at the desk when leaving and just ask for it again when returning.
Only issue would be the foot stubber...

This hotel is excellent is you want to stay and Cusco and be close to the tours and restaurants. I would recommend is to avoid the rooms outside of the main rooms. They are located near the dining area. They are older and colder than the newer rooms. They are also more remote from the rest of the hotel. The Hotel accomodations were excellent and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.
