This has been characterized as a highway hotel and it may so but it's definitely much more than that. Rooms are ample and very comfortable, and clean. Hotel staff is always ready to help. Located next to a highway it allows for easy access to Como, Lecco, Milan or any other place in Lombardy. You do need a car though, but there's a train station a 20-minute walk away. We booked a balcony room overlooking the Lake and WOW! We had the most romantic and unforgettable stay. The staff is so kind and generous, we will definitely stay again next time we’re in the Como area.
Perfect location in old Town, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. The room slept well 1dark, quiet, good bed, good shower, coffee and tea maker in room. Staff even brought milk up for our tea.

Very good hotel. Staff is not too friendly, but everything else is brilliant. Happy with location, not close to center but close to train station. Neighborhood is the one where you can see a lot of refugee people,walking in large groups. Cafes are walking distance.
Shuttle to airport is available by request. It costs 7.50 Euro per person.

We received check in at 12:00 and check out at 13:30 the next day for 1 night, which is really nice especially after a long flight. The hotel is chic and very Milanese style which can not be fully reflected in photos.
