Corfu Holiday Palace Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We loved this hotel, the room and view were stunning (we had an ocean view) Very clean and huge room. The buffet breakfast is excellent with fresh omelettes made to order. We also loved the food at the sushi bar with fantastic views overlooking mouse island and the monastery. The beach is small but does have a funicular lift down to it. There is a bus stop right outside into Corfu town for only 2E which was great as parking in town is not easy. Our only comments to note is that if you are staying a week or longer there are not many restaurants in the vicinity and we were unable to eat at the hotel a la carte restaurant without a reservation."

"I would highly recommend this hotel for families with children of all ages. It is a luxurious hotel with multiple pools and restaurants. Amazing food options for our family with various dietary requirements (Ie Gluten-Free and Vegan). All allergens were clearly displayed at the buffet which made it very easy for us. They even made a gluten-free pizza for my wife at the a la carte restaurant. Only slight downside is that the private hotel beach is not sandy but still a nice beach for our 4 and 6 year old children with some artificial sand. They also allowed 30 minute free use of some of the water sports at the private beach which is amazing. We travelled to Georgios beach around 20minutes taxi journey (40euro) for a lovely sandy beach! We would definitely visit and use the hotel again!!! Thanks"

"Great facilities. Ideal for families. Lovely little resort outside the hotel. Had comfort room with sea view. Very basic, no hair dryer, only 2 plugs so not ideal for 3 people with phones etc. Bathroom needs renovation and room was very noisy. Gorgeous views. Has crepes and ice cream parlour. Pizza pasta and salad bar. Sandwich hotdogs tacos bar. Loads of food choices. Would stay here again but in a better room. Friendly staff and daily room cleaning."

"Lovely location with very helpful staff throughout the property- from the front desk to the restaurant to the pool and bar areas. People went out of their way to take care of us. Small details could use attention- broken curtains in room letting light in the morning, old hair dryers, stains on some furniture (lots of kids around). Also, there were some noisy weddings and events that made it difficult to sleep on two nights and crowds of families arrived at the middle of the week making pool space unavailable. Great recommendations from concierge for restaurants in old town and nearby Benitses."

"The room was spacious, spotless, and featured an extremely comfortable bed. We especially loved the sea-view balcony, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and always willing to help whenever needed. Breakfast was included in our package and was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options available each morning. Parking within the hotel premises was also very convenient. The only slight downside was the busy road next to the hotel. While it could occasionally be a little noisy, it also had the advantage of having a bus stop conveniently located right beside the hotel."
