Situated on an unremarkable street, Hotel Boutique Matildas stands out as a beautifully renovated and architecturally important reminder of an elegant and bygone era. Clean, classic hotel with great service. Very convenient to central city sights, but also on the fringe of a sketchy neighborhood. Unfortunately the locals choose to express their selves with lots of graffiti along the streets, which distracts from the charm of the hotel and area.

The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to please. Using Uber is fast, clean, and cheap for all excursions. The Concierge team arranged any activity and we so very helpful. Most questions and requests could be asked and replied via what’s app- which helped a lot without Spanish translations. The location of the hotel is close to all kind of restaurants, the Costanera Center and a metro station.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and catered to your needs. Great location and walking distance to a lot restaurants, metro and shopping.

Hotel Bonaparte is my home away from home. The front desk reception personnel are so friendly, professional and courteous. Same goes to the personnel in restaurant, bar and housekeeping. Hotel is clean, comfortable and food is amazing. Beautiful neighborhood and walk into Providencia shopping. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We love the location of this hotel, which is very convenient. However, the check in process was frustrating. The hotel staff refused to check in anyone before the official 3PM check-in time, even at 2:30PM. We understand not all the rooms are available before 3PM. This is the first hotel we've ever stayed showed such inflexibility.

Super location. Modern and clean design. Top Floor is a great place to hangout or conduct business meetings. Friendly stuff and buffet breakfast add good value for our stay. 4 bottles of water and 4 coffee pods are included in every room no matter how many nights are booked.

The hotel is well located in a desirable area. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The amenities are comparable to a 5 star hotel. The spa area is Inviting and relaxing after a nice work out? The bar area is an enjoyable place to greet and meet other hotel guess and compare the day trip experiences.

Great location near dining and metro. Quiet hotel with great staff. Only flaw was pool was not heated. Highly recommend this hotel
