"Ideally situated a short walk in Southbank Melbourne, maybe 600m to Flinders Street station. Loverly walks along the yarra river with plenty of restaraunts and cafe to choose from Plus easy access to Crown Casino. River cruises and shopping."

"Overall, this was not a comfortable 4-star hotel experience for me. The soundproofing was poor — I could frequently hear the loud bang of doors slamming in the hallway, both day and night. On weekends, music from outside was also audible from inside the room. The toilet paper holder was positioned too far back, requiring an awkward backward twist to reach it — not very ergonomic at all. There were four pillows, which was a nice touch, but two of them had a strange structure, almost as if they were pieced together — and none of them were fluffy or comfortable. Breakfast was $25, but the selection was limited. The coffee was disappointing, and the only highlights were the eggs and juice. In conclusion, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to friends."

"The hotel is one of the best spots to stay in Melbourne. Depending on your room, you have beautiful views of Flinders Station. A short walk anywhere in the CBD. Food served in the hotel restaurant (Ms. Ava) is also great. I would definitely recommend the Rendezvous to anyone visiting Melbourne. "
