The grounds are beautiful. The staff was excellent. We had a junior suite that had a plunge pool. It was perfect. The breakfast and dinner are buffet style if you have the half-board package. I arrived early. Waited for an hour to clean the room but they were kind enough to give me the room before the check-in time.
The Oceanview room was nice. Coffee machine, kettle, slippers, fridge (with fizzy drinks), hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body bath were all available in the room.

We loved the staff's friendliness, beach cleanliness, and ocean view.
All staff members treated us kindly and were very inviting and welcoming at all times, especially Gesh who was always ensuring that we were satisfied at all levels and willing to take the extra mile to accommodate whatever needs we had. Not to forget Geraldine, Evan, Sanjay, Dimitri, and the list goes on. Everyone was doing all that it needed to make our trip as memorable as can be.

EXCELLENT! Highly recommended. It takes a bit of work to reach the island from the airport, but you will not be disappointed. The staff attends to your every need.
The service at this resort is impeccable. Every aspect is luxury from the rooftop pool to the beautiful beach. There is an abundance of loungers and while some people put out towels at sunrise, it was unnecessary as we never had a problem finding a longer at any time of day. This might not be the resort for you if you have children that would like to be entertained but as a couple enjoying a romantic getaway this was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of bars and restaurants close by...
The hotel has a modern feel and is maintained really well. There are enough swimming pools throughout the hotel. There is enough room and shade at all of the beaches. The rooms are really comfortable and well insulated from any outside noise. The room has a basic mini bar that is stocked every day. If the option is available, the upgrade to the all inclusive package is the way to go. Our best meal was definitely at the Beach Restaurant - a la Carte

Staff are fantastic, friendly and very helpful.
My only complaint would be that my mattress and pillows were getting close to the time that it should be changed, but saying that, it was not uncomfortable at all.
We enjoyed the food variety available from the buffet, breakfast, lunch and dinner (we always missed tea time). The onsite restaurants food was also good.
