"We had a wonderful stay at ULIV Mexico City! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, and everyone was so welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Andrés, Saúl, and Montse for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Mexico City. The staff truly made the experience even more memorable. We would absolutely stay at ULIV again and highly recommend it to anyone...
"Barceló Reforma is one of the best deals in town. Centrally located and with all the amenities one can desire. Their breakfast is one of the most complete in town, with a selection for all palates... Neither my first nor my last time with them."
"Superb property, location and service
Encompasses everything a traveler expects from a boutique hotel. Mariel in concierge is outstanding! Excellent value phenomenal location! Cannot go wrong!!!"
"It was a very pleasant stay! We enjoyed the hotel location and the 2 restaurants the hotel provided. The Starbucks downstairs was really convenient as well. We really recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city. 👍"
"Just passing through CDMX and got a room here as it was close to the bus terminal. We checked in late and staff was accommodating. The room was very clean and had black out curtains which was great as I needed to sleep in. Very clean establishment. Would recommend. "
"This hotel is modern in the middle of colonial Mexico. I loved that it’s located one block from el Zocalo. It’s clean and well maintained; and the staff is courteous and attentive. I truly enjoyed my stay."
"It’s a very good area, near the Angel. I felt very safe walking at night. There’s always someone selling tacos in the corner. The staff were very attentive especially the cleaning staff. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Mexico City."
"This is my go to place to stay when visiting CDMX (and I go a lot). It is located in Roma Norte, which has an abudance of cafes, restaurants and shops close by. It's not too far from Chapultepec Park, and Avenida Paseo de la Reforma and other visit worthy spots. The area is safe for taking an early morning strioll through the beautiful streets. Spend your money on fun activities, good food and lovely souvenirs. This hotel is affordable and worth the savings ."
"Hotel was great! Location was great and a safe area. Just a several minute walk to the big square and beautiful cathedral. Behind the cathedral is the Temple Mayor. All of the staff I encountered were wonderful and helpful. Besides the free breakfast, they have a café on the top open 24 hrs offering food and drinks for free! Hope to make a future visit to Mexico City with my wife and we will definitely stay here!"
"Hotel is a bit dated but kept reasonably clean. Dumbbells in fitness centre only go up to 30 lbs, but it’s decent in size with a few treadmills. Going business club level offers you drinks and snacks in the evening, which was perfect for me. Breakfast was decent with different hot food options each day."
"The hotel cosumel at Mexico City, was nice and clean, the service was good they clean rooms every day, they give you clean towels every day,Is not a five Star ⭐⭐ but is a good place to stay the night thank you."

If you want to give your credit card some exercise, head out to Galerias Insurgentes in Benito Juarez. Hotels.com travelers also like the museums, art galleries, and cathedral in the area. Splash some more cash at Plaza Universidad Shopping Center, Mitikah Shopping Center, and Manacar Tower.
El cuarto muy lindo arreglado, su concepto está muy moderno, distribución adecuada, personal amable, cero ruido, muy cómodo y cuentan con Netflix no televisión abierta ni cable, es muy buena opción. Volvería sin dudar!
There’s not enough words to describe how incredible the staff at the hotel made us feel. Although we traveled for different reasons, our wedding anniversary fell within the days we stayed at the hotel. We mentioned it during our check in and what happened next, left us speechless (and a little teary-eyed). They took it upon themselves to give us a couple of back-to-back surprises, not to mention that the overall treatment they afforded us was way above average — it was amazingly warm and...
The Zocalo Central was amazing. Free abundant breakfast at the charming rooftop restaurant plus hearty snacks and beer 24/7. The room was quiet and beautiful. The location perfect for seeing the historic center and all kinds of shopping. We found some of the front desk staff to be somewhat disdainful. We were not asked to open a spending account upon check in when we paid for the entire trip which resulted in our laundry being held hostage at 10 PM because we didn’t have “credit”. The lady...
Great property, it has a heated pool & jacuzzi. A gum, cafe and restaurant. They have free airport shuttle. The rooms are big and clean. Only issue/complaint is that there's no fridge in the rooms and trying to get a bucket of ice is soo hard. Besides that the place is great. It's not in a great neighborhood so be cautious but it's only a 20-30mins Uber ride to Roma Norte, Zócalo, etc.. .. but I will say do not wear jewelry in Mexico sadly I was mugged on my second day of my trip but besides...
Beautiful property and friendly staff. The location offers an amazing vantage point to observe or interact with history, and history in the making, in this vibrant mega-city. Enjoyed 4 nights very much and would be pleased to return in the future.
We enjoyed our stay from the time we arrived until the time we left! The entire hotel is sparkling clean! The staff was friendly and helpful with all our request and needs. Breakfast and fresh juice in the morning was a plus! My only con would be location for me. We spent most of our time in Roma Norte so a 10 minute Uber ride ended up being 25 minutes due to big city traffic. Also there’s a crack of space under the bathroom door so you can hear EVERYTHING. May not be for you if you’re modest. ...
Great location. The accommodations were super and service was excellent. The bar tender Michelle was wonderful and provided us with great information of the local area and amenities.
Absolutely beautiful property. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The area is in the most beautiful and safe part of Mexico City. My only complaint about this hotel was that despite the high nightly price, they still try to get you to “upgrade” your room and pay a even higher nightly fee to get a room with a view, breakfast, and access to their rooftop lounge that is not available to all guests without this upgrade or an access fee. Overall great experience though
