Right in the middle of Mandalay. Extremely friendly staff. They help you to get a tour and go around. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is very good. Nice swimming pool. Great rooms.

Hotel Duo Swan was absolutely perfect. It’s a great location. The hotel is nice, great rooms, at a way better price than Ibis or Apex. You get to choose your complimentary breakfast every morning. But the best part is the staff. They will help you with anything you need. They helped me top up my local SIM card. They allowed me to park a bike rental in their garage. $50 with breakfast and a rooftop infinity pool? That’s enough to give it a try. But the staff’s friendliness and accommodation to little requests (finding a plaster when our daughter scraped her knee, sending someone to buy top up for our mobile phone, etc) made it the kind of place we would come back to. That roof top pool is inexplicably cold, however. Be warned.

During I stay at hotel, I found that the owner at the hotel are very nice and friendly, also the service there very nice too. the service men and ladies are very kind and helpful which I never find in other country before. I hope if I have a chance I will visit again for sure.

1. I have the corner room which was very hot in the afternoon. So next time I should choose the other room. 2. Housekeeping staff was not come and clean my room until afternoon. A bit disappoint when you come back and would like to lay down to relax but cannot. 3. Over all is good. I will go back.
