Room was very clean and was set up nicely. The room and bathroom were spacious. And a big plus…there was air conditioning, which is not always easy to find in Europe. Staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!
Room is clean, but AC vents in the bathroom need to be dusted as you can see the dust is getting thick. But aside from that, the room is clean and the place is nice. It is also very near a tram station so very convenient.
We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Switzerland trip. We arrived around 11 am and we were able to check in early. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shopping etc but it also wasn’t loud at night as we slept with the window opened every night. An easy walk to the airport for an early morning flight. Coming to the hotel we walked on the outside. The hotel staff told us of the shorter way. Coffee, croissants, and apples were available, at no charge, for all of us early birds to take with us.

For someone that came to visit from out of town, it was so convenient having the train station nearby. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly, they have everything you need. Breakfast is not complimentary, but they do have a tea and coffee station that's accessible at anytime. The staff spoke English so that was a plus. I took the bus from the airport to the hotel and it was about 8 mins to get there. They didn't have ac but the temperature at night was cool so you didn't need one,...

Great hotel in amazing location! Spacious and modern room (we booked the large double) in cute Ecco friendly hotel. Staff were very kind and provided great customer service. Breakfast was fine but not too expensive and in a cute little restaurant. The hotel bar is great for apéro or an after dinner drink! Strongly recommend and would return.
