"It's very clean, modern and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice hotel!!!"

"La atención fue buena pero le faltó un poco de orden ya que apenas pasó el terremoto y se veía abandonada la granja de los animales.me gustó el cine."

"Nice decoration in the common areas. There are nice spots everywhere to take memorable pictures."

"Yes they were all amazing from the breakfast to the room nothing was out of order and it was nearly a perfect vacation"

"I requested my refund already idk why I didn't get my refund yet? That was a horrible experience, as soon as I got there the front desk call the Police on me saying that I have blood on n my back pack. Then the police when to my room to talk to me. Idk why they did this but this is unacceptable. This is not a professional behavior. The Police left saying don't worry everything is ok. Then immediately I left this hotel. Then the time I was there was like forty minutes. Please Hotels.con I am...

"Hotel was just average... linen with womens hair in it...women hair on the floor... shower head not working well, shower drain backed up a little... minor things like that. Superior front desk staff! very accommodating to your request... I loved that! Give them all raises!!!"

"Pretty good location, safe area, plenty of options for shopping, and eat. The staff are so wekconming and professional"

"Very nice place. Friendly staff. Close to a gigantic mall that you will love to explore. I’ve stayed over 3 times and still find new shops in the mall. Top notch restaurants in the mall and services like barber shops and nail salons. Literally you can walk to the mall in 5 min. Exito is a supermarket that’s part of the mall. They have the best fresh crescents I’ve ever had. Pair it up with Avena (oatmeal drink) and you got breakfast. "

"I love How friendly & knowledgable the staff was even thought there was a language barrier. I highly recommend this hotel !"

"Good place to stay, good location, and breakfast included"

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is top notch and bar is very good. The staff is very polite and helpful. Being at the mall is very convenient with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. We would highly recommend."

"The food was amazing!! Try the seafood cazuela. The massage at the spa was the best and the jacuzzi is so relaxing. Service is great, location is perfect, beautiful rooms with a view of Sam Antonio. 10/10"
