"Great staff for our whole visit, welcoming and helpful. Nice room with big bathroom and very comfortable. Small but welcome swimming pool in the middle of the old town. Too breakfast with another nice member of staff who was replenishing as well as cooking and serving. Near loads of tapas bars and the harbour. No problem leaving our bags there all day while we went exploring the city. Top hotel!"

Es Princep - The Leading Hotels of the World

"Wowwwwww!!!!!!! The staff. The attention. The rooms were so comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean. Amazing breakfast. No pressure from the staff. You can continue your breakfast even after 10:30am. Love that!!! Amazing location. 9mine from airport. The staff(everyone of them) are always smiling. Very natural. The rooftop is wow!!!! Infinity pool with a view!!! And cherry on top….is their Spa Facility. Talk about Turkish bath, Salt Bath, Sauna, Indoor pool with jets. All of that included with no extra charge. Next to an amazing Cafe that closes at 12:30am and near all restaurants. You can also walk in their boardwalk. Very romantic and just enjoy everything When they mean 5⭐️, they really mean 6⭐️"

"We had a lovely buffet breakfast and dinner (so many options to chose from), with lovely staff everywhere, and there was two big swimming pool available at the property with bar. Only 10min walk from the beach and 2-5min from supermarkets. Also, the bus stop from/to the airport is only 5min walk from the hotel. The only thing was the room, especially the bathroom, which was outdated; the shower glass is not wide enough, so not splashing water everywhere while showering was impossible. AC/ventilation wasn't really working, but considering it wasn't crazy hot, we didn't bother to let the reception know. Lovely balcony, however, not having a balcony net meant having mosquitos day and night in the room, even tho using the curtains (make sure to bring a mosquito spray with you). Only single beds available, even tho booking for a double one. Room cleanliness was okay, but could be better. Reception staff was lovely, and baggage deposit available at the check-out. Considering how much we paid for and the location, we had a good stay and we would definitely re-consider it again in the future for a 2-3 days getaway."

"We had a room for three people overlooking the cathedral and marina….what a view!! The room was spacious, well appointed, with a lift to every floor and quiet despite being on the main shopping street in the city. We enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast with a choice of cooked options and a continental selection. Lots of delicious pastries were available and a toaster to make your own toast. We enjoyed a lovely drink on the rooftop terrace overlooking the cathedral, marina and the bay….wonderful. The staff at check in and again on leaving were so polite and professional. I would certainly stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it it friends and family"

"The place itself was nice, but for the price I expected a lot more. All pool cushions are FILLED with mould, it’s disgusting. The food was so expensive and honestly not that good. We were on our honeymoon and they put two single beds together that felt like we were sleeping on masseuse tables. Again, I normally wouldn’t complain, but for the price I wanted to be honest. I wouldn’t stay there again with how much it costs."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Bonanza Park. We stayed in one of the suites on the left side of the hotel and it was insane. The room was so spacious, the view was gorgeous, and we had a huge balcony that we loved. The AC worked really well and the breakfast buffet was also great with so many options. The amenities were amazing. We were able to use the pool and beach access at their sister properties, which were only about a one minute walk away, so it felt like we had even more to enjoy. The only downside is that the restaurants around the hotel were just okay, so we usually ventured out for food. You also do have to pay for overnight parking down the street, but it was only about a two minute walk away and was easy enough. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again."
