I loved my 3 night stay at this hotel. It was so comfortable and cozy, and my small outside balcony overlooking the town was an added plus. The staff were friendly and their food and tourist destinations recommendations were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this special hotel and mountain village in Broto.
We LOVED staying at the Mirador. The staff there REALLY seems to care about providing an amazing experience. Guisepie said to act like this was home and it felt like it. The view from the restaurant is so relaxing and scenic. The staff is helpful in providing directions to hikes etc. It’s a block out of town so it’s more quiet but It still close enough. The hotel is located in a beautiful valley on an incredible route through the Spain to France Pyrenees. The feeling is of a small mountain inn, but with modern cottage finishes. The dinner and breakfast were excellent quality.
The hotel offered comfortable, clean rooms, parking on the premises and restaurant and bar services. It was located in close walking distance to the old town. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped, though the bed was a bit hard. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Beautiful, old stone building. View from the front terrace and dining room is looking right at the Cirque de Gavarnie. Great access to hiking trails around this Cirque and also access to hikes into adjacent Cirques. The room was basic and dated, but clean and comfortable, nonetheless. A few oddities like no place to hang a towel, or the hall light didn't turn on when leaving the room (motion sensor was at the elevator end of the hall).
