"Our stay at Hope St Hotel was everything we wanted it to be. The customer service was superb, polite and efficient service was provided. We stayed for two nights and our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We ate in both of the hotel restaurants. We were particularly impressed by The London Carriage Works. The food was delicious and the service attentive. We look forward to staying at Hope St Hotel again and highly recommend the hotel."

"Simply Outstanding. Every member of staff we met gave us a smile and a friendly greeting. Our room was spotless as always at Malmaison. We had a two coarse dinner consisting of a beautifully cooked sea bass with potatoes and veg and my partner had a very tender rump steak cooked to perfection served with chips and veg….Malmaison breakfast is also magnificent! A wide choice of cereals and fresh juices followed by our choice of a full English will all the finest ingredients including the most beautiful mushroom accompanied by as much toast as you like….if you’re staying in this great city then Malmaison should be your first choice 👌"
